To maintain absolute fairness for both workshops and our production floor, we operate under a strict, structured return and replacement policy outlined below.

1. Eligible Conditions for a Return / Replacement

Because body panels are custom-painted to match specific scooter variants, returns are only accepted under the following two scenarios:

Severe Transit Damage: Structural dents, deep bends, or severe paint scrapes incurred while handling by the regional Shiprocket courier systems.
Unmatched Color or Wrong Part: If the factory sends a color code or part configuration that completely contradicts your successful checkout order specifications (e.g., received Matt Blue instead of Glossy Black).

⚠️ Note: We cannot accept returns for items ordered for the wrong scooter model by mistake (e.g., ordering an Activa 3G panel for an Activa 5G vehicle). Please double-check your model compatibility filters before executing your payment.

Mandatory Guideline: Continuous Unboxing Video

To protect our business against fraudulent claims and satisfy safety protocols required by courier claims adjusters, **you are strictly required to record a single, continuous, unedited video clip while opening your delivery parcel structure.**

The video must show the shipping label clearly and capture the component being pulled out of the bubble wrap. Claims submitted without a valid unedited unboxing video cannot be validated by our sorting agents.

If your product arrives structurally damaged or with an incorrect color coat, we take full responsibility. Once your unboxing claim is registered and approved by our team, we will coordinate a reverse shipping pickup at zero extra expense to you.

Upon receiving the component back at our Bawana assembly plant and confirming the issue, you have two clear paths:

Request an immediate priority Replacement Part dispatched via express courier lines.
Opt for a 100% Full Refund of your entire purchase price—including the ₹200 advance retainer if it was a COD order—returned directly to your original payment route within 5–7 working days.

Strict Clause: Cash on Delivery (COD) Doorstep Rejections & Retainer Forfeiture

Because sheet metal side panels and mudguards are highly volumetric, heavy cargo items, Shri Tirupati Enterprises pays notable shipping fees out-of-pocket to dispatch these components via Shiprocket to your location.

⚠️ If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and change your mind, refuse delivery at your door, or fail to answer courier coordination calls, the upfront online ₹200 Advanced Retainer Fee is **strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited** to partially cover the two-way freight loss incurred by the factory.

Compile your live unboxing video file along with 2-3 clear high-resolution pictures of the damage area.
Draft an email detailing your full name, Order ID number, and a description of the defect.
