Shri Tirupati Enterprises designs, molds, and manufactures premium-quality, factory-standard aftermarket replacement sheet metal parts.

• Our products are privately produced components and are not official OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) items provided by vehicle brands such as Honda, TVS, Yamaha, Suzuki, or Hero.
• Any references to trademarked scooter names (e.g., Activa, Jupiter, Fascino, Access) across our titles, catalogs, and dynamic vehicle search tools are utilized strictly to communicate the geometric fitment capability of our spare parts.
• We guarantee 100% heavy-gauge sheet metal construction matching original technical panel dimensions for seamless bolt-on fitment.

3. Accuracy of Live Pricing & MRP Badges

We run a completely dynamic e-commerce data pipeline directly synchronized via our Sanity content management architecture. We make every effort to display true Maximum Retail Prices (MRP), current direct-to-consumer discounted rates, item in-stock parameters, and factory unpainted finish declarations accurately. In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to data pipeline synchronization anomalies, Shri Tirupati Enterprises reserves the complete right to cancel any orders placed for that item prior to shipment dispatch and process an immediate, full refund.

4. Secure Digital Payments & Gateway Integration

All online digital payments on our checkout framework are processed securely via encrypted third-party network aggregators (including the Razorpay Payment Gateway).

• By confirming an order via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking, or Digital Wallets, you authorize our gateway network providers to charge the combined final sum (Subtotal + Dynamic Zoned Logistics Fee).
• If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your delivery interaction method, you acknowledge that a standardized courier collection surcharge may be appended to your cart summary breakdown to offset courier ecosystem fees.

5. Pincode-Based Logistics & Shiprocket Deliveries

Because heavy-gauge pressed automotive components carry notable volumetric and dead-weight variables, our transport delivery fees are calculated via a mathematical 6-digit Indian Pincode zone evaluation pipeline linked to our regional Shiprocket logistics profiles.

Orders are securely boxed and processed out from our primary assembly line infrastructure within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times range across 3–5 working days across major Indian corridors. Shri Tirupati Enterprises is not legally responsible for minor transit overruns caused by third-party courier bottlenecks or localized disruptions once a shipment tracker is compiled and assigned.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Damage Liability

Given the robust industrial nature of our factory painted sheet metal components, all retail items listed are subject to a strict 7-Day Replacement Policy.

• Replacements are exclusively approved for structural logistics damage incurred during shipping transit or clear factory-line production finish defects.
• To lock in eligibility for a replacement item, you are highly encouraged to compile a continuous unboxing video clip upon taking parcel receipt.

7. Limitation of Industrial Liability

Shri Tirupati Enterprises shall not be held legally liable for any indirect, incidental, mechanical, or systemic vehicular damages or personal workshop injuries occurring as a direct or indirect consequence of improper home-installation, modifications, or third-party mechanical misuse of our aftermarket body panels. We highly advise getting our premium bolt-on units fitted by qualified professional commercial two-wheeler mechanics.

8. Governing Law & Regional Dispute Jurisdictions

These Terms of Service and any commercial purchasing transactions negotiated across this digital storefront are governed purely by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, conflicts, or systemic disputes resulting from our services must be filed exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
